"The Deep Dive"
A course for students
Little Ocean Yoga is offering a special program for students that want to go deeper into their yoga practice, but do not want to take teacher training.
​
This course allows students to dive deeper into their yoga practice. The focus is on alignment and breath, with a special emphasis on the proper technique that teaches us how to reconnect and rejuvenate our bodies.
​
Students will also go beyond asana (physical practice), and take a deep dive into yoga philosophy.
​
This is a 6-week course that begins Saturday, October 16th.

500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

The standard of Yoga Alliance Teacher Trainings is a 200-hour training for new teachers and a 300-hour Advanced training for Teachers that want more in-depth knowledge. This training is our 200 and 300-hour training combined.
​
This training is perfect for aspiring yoga teachers, students who want to deepen their own practice, and current teachers who want to refresh themselves on the fundamentals to prepare for diving deep into our advanced training.
​
Training begins Friday, October 15th.

300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Advance Training for Teachers
This advanced training is for teachers that have already completed a 200 Hour Training program.
​
In this training, we dive deep into taking the seat as a teacher, anatomy and asana, philosophy, the nature of our minds, and how to be free of suffering.
​
We have two programs- one begins Tuesdays October 12th (meets Tuesdays & Thursdays) and the other begins Saturday, January 8th (meets Saturdays.
