300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Advance Training for Teachers
This advanced training is for teachers that have already completed a 200 Hour Training program.
​
In this training, we dive deep into taking the seat as a teacher, anatomy and asana, philosophy, the nature of our minds, and how to be free of suffering.
​
We have two programs- one begins Tuesdays October 12th (meets Tuesdays & Thursdays) and the other begins Saturday, January 8th (meets Saturdays.
